Landlords are also encountering difficulties as they await aid meant to pay off back rent.  |

Posted: 26 Jun 2021 06:00 AM PDT  Begging, shaming or offering the chance at a million bucks -- none of it has moved the needle much with Washington state's unvaccinated. So maybe cash payments would do the trick? It sounds unfair -- like rewarding indifferent or bad behavior -- but in the end it'd be worth it for everybody.  |
