Henri expected to make landfall on LI as a hurricane, National Weather Service says
Tropical Storm Henri was expected to make landfall as a Category 1 hurricane over eastern Long Island early Sunday afternoon, bringing damaging winds, power outages and significant flooding, meteorologists said.
