LI education leaders: Testing a good idea, but questions remain
Long Island teacher union leaders and administrators agree that COVID-19 testing being mandated by the state for teachers and staff can help, but they question the process.

The Islip superintendent said the students arrived at school without proper face coverings, which he noted was a violation of a mandate issued by the state Department of Health.
