Local Alert: Robert E. Lee statue in Richmond cleared to come down by Virginia Supreme Court

The state's highest court made unanimous rulings in two separate cases, affirming the power of Gov. Ralph Northam (D) to order the 60-foot statue removed from state-owned property on Monument Avenue.
