Slain NYPD officer's body transported to funeral home
The body of Officer Jason Rivera was escorted to a funeral home in upper Manhattan, where lines of uniformed cops greeted the hearse. Officer Wilbert Mora, 27, remained in critical condition after both men were shot Friday while responding to a mother-son dispute in Harlem.
Malverne vigil pays tribute to slain NYPD officer and critically wounded officer
The vigil was attended by local residents, officials and clergy, who held candles in honor of the officers who were shot Friday night responding to a mother-son dispute in Harlem.
