World Alert: White House, allies vow to remove certain Russian banks from SWIFT financial network, impose restrictions on Russian Central Bank

The joint statement from the U.S., Canada and European allies showed how they plan to dramatically escalate economic penalties on Russia because of its invasion of Ukraine.
