Sports Alert: Congress is investigating allegations of financial impropriety in Washington football team operations

The House Committee on Oversight and Reform, which has been investigating the NFL's handling of widespread sexual harassment in the Washington Commanders' workplace, is now also looking into allegations of financial improprieties under Daniel Snyder's ownership, multiple people familiar with the proceedings said.
