Economy Alert: 4.5 million Americans quit or changed jobs in March, buoyed by a strong labor market, as job openings continue to outnumber seekers

The quits rate rose compared to February rates, as the strong labor market continues to prove resilient, giving workers leverage to negotiate higher wages.
