Small caps are most exposed to the U.S. economy. The iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM), has seen outflows nine of the last 10 days and has lost over $4.3 billion year-to-date, according to Bloomberg.   First pure-play bitcoin ETF ready to launch in Europe. The U.S. SEC may be unwilling to launch a bitcoin ETF, but one European company has found a way to launch. Jacobi Asset Management is set to launch Europe's first bitcoin ETF this month.
