Sports Alert: Washington Nationals star Juan Soto wins the Home Run Derby

Soto topped Seattle Mariners rookie Julio Rodríguez in the final to take the crown. This year's field included New York Mets first baseman Pete Alonso, who was seeking his third derby title, and Albert Pujols, the 42-year-old St. Louis Cardinals slugger. The Home Run Derby was part of all-star festivities at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
