Amazon Prime Day is finally upon us, which means The Verge's deals team is going to be hard at work the rest of today and tomorrow to bring you the best deals from Amazon and elsewhere. Even retailers like Best Buy and Target are getting in on the action this year with their own competing sales. In addition to updating all of our relevant pages with all of the best deals that you can currently get, you can tune into our live blog for up-to-the-minute savings info as it becomes available. While there's far more on offer than what we've outlined here, we've picked out a few highlights that we think are worth checking out, some of which are exclusive to Prime members. Right now, for instance, you can pick up an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus on Amazon starting at just $699.99, its lowest price ever. Various configurations of the Apple Watch Series 7 are also available for their lowest price to date, with the 41mm, GPS model discounted to just $279, down from its usual price of $399. For even more deals, make sure to head over to our Amazon Prime Day hub, in addition to our breakout pages for the best deals on Amazon devices, Apple products, gaming accessories, and more. We also recommend checking out a roundup written by our friends over at The Strategist, which has everything they've written about that's currently on sale for Prime Day (including a host of non-tech deals). |

Google's latest phone, the Pixel 6, just received its first price break at Best Buy. The Pixel 6 retailed for $599 at launch, but you can currently get the unlocked, 128GB configuration of this pastel-tinted smartphone for $499; you can also find the 256GB model on sale for $599. Knocking $100 off either version of this phone is only adding to a device that's already a great value thanks to its excellent performance and battery life. While this is the only deal in our newsletter that isn't exclusive to Prime members, there are still plenty of sales available at Best Buy and other retailers during Prime Day. Read our review. |

These over-ear headphones are some of the best noise-canceling headphones you can buy right now. They can last up to 30 hours on a single charge and provide a comfortable listening experience with plush ear pads. |

The Beats Fit Pro are some of the best wireless earbuds around. They offer a secure enough fit that you can be active without fear of them falling out, and they exhibit excellent audio quality and effective noise cancellation — even besting the AirPods Pro in a lot of ways. We don't normally see the $200 earbuds on sale, so today's $40 discount at Amazon is definitely special.
The only downside to these earbuds is that the case is a bit large and doesn't offer wireless charging, but at least you have USB-C charging and an array of colorful options to choose from. Read our review. |

A few of more Prime Day deals |
- Roku's Streambar, which serves as both a soundbar and a 4K HDR streaming device, is on sale on Amazon for $89.99. It's originally priced at $129.99, though this isn't the first time we've seen this discount.
If you're looking for a stellar gaming mouse, Logitech's G502 Lightspeed is on sale for $85.49 for Prime subscribers. We think this is the best model for people who want a comfy design, the option of a free-spinning scroll wheel, customizable weights, and several extra buttons in their next mouse. The Kasa Smart Wi-Fi Outdoor Plug-In Dimmer, a quick and inexpensive option for smart lighting, is currently selling for $16.99 (regularly $30) when you clip the on-page coupon on Amazon. The Kasa is one of the few outdoor plugs that also dims, making it a good option for adding smarts to outdoor lighting. You can put some foam downrange with the Nerf Rival Perses, which is discounted to just $50 at Walmart. The Perses normally costs $100 and is capable of firing 50 rounds of flying foam balls from an internal hopper, and it comes with its own rechargeable NiMH battery pack and charger.
