News Alert: Coaches’ abuse of women’s soccer players went further than previously known, but U.S. Soccer failed to respond, report finds

The sport's governing body hired Sally Q. Yates, the former acting attorney general, to investigate last year after The Post and other news organizations uncovered widespread allegations of abuse in the National Women's Soccer League.
