November & December 2022 STATS FOR STORIES (SFS) Tomorrow is STEM Day. Next week is American Education Week and Geography Awareness Week. November 15 is America Recycles Day. National STEM Day: November 8 The 2021 American Community Survey estimated the total civilian population age 16+ employed in STEM occupations at 10.8M. Women are 26.7% of the total and earn 84.1% of men. Get Stats American Education Week: November 13-19 In the U.S., per student (public pre-K through 12th grade) spending was $13,494 in FY2020, a 2.33% increase from 2019, and enrollment was 48.0 million. The 2023 Women's World Cup is in Australia and New Zealand. Stats Here National Diabetes Month: November The 2020 County Business Patterns program counted 8,330 kidney dialysis centers in the U.S. with 132,491 paid employees and a $7.4 billion annual payroll.
