Health Alert: Millions of homes and schools may need to eliminate lead dust found in old paint under an EPA proposal aimed at protecting kids

In one of its strongest measures yet against a contaminant that poisons children, the Environmental Protection Agency is proposing stricter standards on lead in old paint in homes, schools and day-care centers, potentially triggering its removal in millions of buildings.
