Hi , It's the end of another month and before we talk teas, I want to introduce a grave question. Does Nepal have a 4th of July? Yes it does. And it has the 3rd of July and a 5th of July, too. Now back to business. What are you sipping on as you read this? I'm trying out Rose Label Reserve, which is being shipping as you are reading this email. Here is what happened this month and what's coming soon. 🍵 We finally launched in Nepal. It's been a wild ride, and ironically we weren't selling Nepali teas in the Nepali market, but it's been heartwarming to be able to bring the same good teas to Nepali consumers. Don't worry if you're coming to Nepal on our tea tours because you'll be able to get our teas here too! As they say - the French have their wines, the Scotch have whiskeys, the Swiss have their chocolates, and the Nepalis have their tea! 👧 We're excited to welcome Sujina Shrestha, our content editor, to our team. You will be able to see what Sujina creates on our Instagram and TikTok! 👨🌾 Ready to come to Nepal on our tea tour? Slots are open for August and December, and also for next year. Have no fixed plan or want to learn more? Feel free to reach out to Pratik, our co-founder, at prijal@nepalteacollective.com or call him at (+1) 201-885-9921. Or fill out our form here. 🌹 Rose Label Reserve, our $100 tea and the most expensive tea of Nepal, is being launched this week. You'll get an email soon! 👀 That's all for this month, folks. We're excited for August and hope you are too! Happy sipping, Ishan | | Friendship Day Reflection | | Hi , This is Nish, the founder of Nepal Tea Collective. Who would have thought that three young boys who played soccer and cricket in the muddy fields of Kathmandu in their school days would end up working together in the same collective in the US? Nobody, but there were definite signs! When we were kids, we used to sell t-shirts to our friends to earn some extra money. After we completed high school, we started our own magazine called Vibes (yes, we are cool like that). Entrepreneurship was in our blood and tea was in it too. But we just hadn't connected those dots. Until now. For me, Pratik and Amigo are not just friends but my own brothers. We know that we dream big but we also trust each other enough to know that dreams are never really big, but just far out somewhere in the horizon. Waiting for it to be realized... It's been a journey so far and I'm glad that we are all in this together. And we are glad that you are in this together as well. Happy friendship day, ! Hope you have had some time to sip on some teas and reflect back on your own friendships with the folks that you love. With love, Nish | | No longer want to receive these emails? Unsubscribe.
