Local Alert: D.C. substantiates sexual harassment allegations made by second accuser against former top aide to Mayor Muriel E. Bowser (D)

A report by the Mayor's Office of Legal Counsel found that Bowser's former chief of staff, John Falcicchio, made unwelcome sexual advances on five separate occasions toward a D.C. government employee. Last month, the office concluded a different investigation that found Falcicchio harassed another employee and sent her lewd and explicit messages.
