Amazon's 48-hour mega sale is officially over (it was fun while it lasted). If you didn't find what you were looking for, you can still score some discounted items at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, Walmart+ Week sale and Target Circle Week sale. Below, we're sharing a recap of our mostly useful, sometimes random Prime Day purchases. Some are things our editors wanted to buy, and others are new-to-us products we wanted to try. We also rounded up the bestselling items that NBC Select readers couldn't get enough of during the sale.

Instead of buying pre-grated cheese from the store, Select senior social media editor Rosalie Tinelli got this gadget that'll grate fresh cheese in seconds, according to the brand. It comes with three dishwasher-safe blades that you can also use to slice or shred potatoes, carrots, nuts and more. |
| Select editorial operations manager Rebecca Rodriguez bought this handmade scratcher for her two cats. Its wide base helps prevent it from shaking or falling over, according to the brand. |

"I already own one and was so impressed with how sleek and quiet it was that I wanted another for my living room area," says Select editor Lindsay Schneider. "This specific model is also tiny so it's great for NYC apartment living." |
| "I go to the gym pretty often, but I never really had a way to track health metrics," says Select updates editor Mili Godio. "I wanted to get more robust health data without having to shell out for an Apple Watch. I like that the small screen on this doesn't look clunky and won't be a bother when I'm working out." |

Select associate updates editor Zoe Malin chose to stock up one on of her tried and true favorites: soda (with a twist). "Beyond the delicious, refreshing flavors, I love Poppi because it's a better-for-you soda that I don't feel bad about drinking," she says. |
| Editorial director Lauren Swanson purchased this drinkware set, which comes with six bent glass straws, six straight straws and four brushes for cleaning (though they're also dishwasher-safe). They're made with food-grade glass that's suitable for hot or iced drinks, says the brand. |

This heavy-duty folding wagon, which has spots for two drink holders, can hold up to 220 pounds at a time. Select editorial operations manager Rebecca Rodriguez, who lives in NYC, plans to use it weekly to transport groceries and other heavy packages around. |
| Small home upgrades for the win. Swanson ordered this two-piece absorbent floor-towel set for her bathroom. The 100% premium cotton construction helps make these dry quickly, according to the brand. |

As an avid coffee drinker, Godio needed a quality kettle that can evenly pour water onto grounds. This sleek, easy-to-pour electric kettle has an LCD screen to indicate real-time temperature so you can control how hot you want your drink. |
| "This fast charger is such a game changer," says Schneider. "It powers up my phone in minutes; it's really great when you have to be out the door ASAP, but only have 15% battery left." |
