Politics Alert: Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell again appears to freeze while speaking, echoing a late July episode at the Capitol

While speaking to reporters at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Government Forum, the Senate's Republican leader stopped speaking for more than 20 seconds as aides asked whether he heard a question posed to him. He resumed answering questions, but his voice appeared to shake in his responses.
