We hope your Memorial Day weekend was full of rest and reflection.   Congress is out this week, but infrastructure talks continue. The president heads to Tulsa today to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Black Wall Street massacre. And the LGBT community eagerly awaits a potentially pivotal Supreme Court decision that's expected in the next few weeks.   Here's what's happening: Last chance for a bipartisan deal? President Biden will meet tomorrow with Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, the main Republican negotiator in infrastructure talks. This discussion comes as Democrats grow increasingly impatient for action on an infrastructure package. Biden's Transportation secretary, Pete Buttigieg, said in recent days that he expects a "clear direction" on a plan by next week. And Chuck Schumer, the top Democrat in the Senate, said his caucus would be ready to move with or without the GOP this month.  Biden's racial equity push: The president heads to Tulsa today to honor the victims of the Tulsa race massacre of 1921. The white supremacist assault on Black families and businesses destroyed lives and legacies, including the potential for generational wealth. Biden is planning to use the occasion to launch new initiatives to narrow the racial wealth divide in the country. The efforts focus mainly on home ownership and small business support. A big LGBT rights test: The Supreme Court is expected to soon issue a decision that could be a bellwether for how the court handles LGBT cases. Conservatives have a 6-3 edge on the court. The case involves a Catholic foster agency alleging that Philadelphia violated its First Amendment religious rights by dropping its contract because the organization said its beliefs didn't allow it to certify adoption by same-sex couples.
