News Alert: Idaho legislature approves bill banning abortions after six weeks, modeling its legislation on restrictive Texas law

The Idaho state House sent the legislation to Gov. Brad Little (R), who last year signed a similar bill that was predicated on a favorable federal court ruling for enforcement, which hasn't happened.
