Politics Alert: Judge denies Kemp request to toss subpoena in Georgia election probe, but agrees to delay governor’s testimony to after election

Superior Court Judge Robert C.I. McBurney on Monday rejected the request from Gov. Brian Kemp (R) to quash the subpoena for his testimony from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) in the investigation into possible 2020 election interference by Donald Trump and his allies.
