Local Alert: A Montgomery principal repeatedly accused of harassment was promoted because of ‘failures by senior management,’ report finds

A law firm hired to investigate the handling of allegations against former Farquhar Middle School principal Joel Beidleman found several lapses by the school system. It said "multiple" administrators knew he was under investigation while he was being promoted.
