Legal papers: Spota, aide appealing convictions, prison sentences
Thomas Spota and Christopher McPartland were both sentenced to five years in prison last week, following their 2019 convictions on charges of conspiracy, obstruction of justice, witness tampering and acting as accessories to the deprivation of the prisoner's civil rights.
